What is Butterfly.ai?
Butterfly is the first web platform that offers real time leadership training and supports managers based on their team’s feedback. We are millennials, we have built a tool to help managers work with millennials, or that are millennials themselves. One of the biggest challenge faced by managers is how to work with millennials. How do you retain millennials? Our platform gives millennial employees the tools they need to express themselves whilst offering their managers actionable intelligence

Why we invested ?
Millennials and the digital culture are currently reshaping the workplace, but this transformation is in need of new management methods. For the first time, employees are promoted for manager positions at the age of 30, but these only attend their first leadership training at age 42. The equation just doesn’t hold! Butterfly wants to fill this gap, by providing young managers executive coaching based on employee feedback. This, not only to increase and diversify the skillset of the employees, but also to make sure that they are retained within the company. Acting within the US market, currently being the most advanced, Butterfly has convinced a big retail chain that their solution is the best on the market. Despite the obvious, we invested in Butterfly because of the focus on wellbeing at work, increasing employees’ quality of life.
