Who run the world ? GIRLS! 💃🏻

Hi folks!

Two days ago we celebrated the International Women’s Rights day, so this episode is coming on point 👌 And what an episode!

We had the chance to have Déborah Loye, CEO of SISTA, one of the 5 initiatives that we support at daphni.

SISTA is aiming to support women in the start-up ecosystem. So obviously, they’re working towards Women’s rights everyday, and we are proud partners of SISTA, as we have been their Investor Ally since day 1! If you remember well, we have organized an Inclusive Hours together, an event which was the opportunity for women entrepreneurs to discover the VC ecosystem and to get it demystified.

🎙️ Sophie de Champs & Pierre-Eric Leibovici talked with Déborah about her former life as a journalist at Les Echos, where she was already covering the start-up ecosystem. But Déborah is a risk-taker and loves to be onboarded on impactful projects, that’s why she joined SISTA.

SISTA provides all the start-up ecosystem with meaningful studies (on cognitive biases, gender pay gap, etc), events, and goals to achieve, in order to create an environment where women are more likely to get funds for their projects.

Ok guys, these are enough arguments to make you enjoy our episode with Déborah!

Da yours,

The daphni team
