Who run the world ? GIRLS! šŸ’ƒšŸ»

Hi folks!

Two days ago we celebrated theĀ International Women’s Rights day, so this episode is coming on point šŸ‘Œ And what an episode!Ā

We had the chance to have Déborah Loye, CEO of SISTA, one of the 5 initiatives that we support at daphni.

SISTA is aiming to support women in the start-up ecosystem. So obviously, they’reĀ working towards Women’s rights everyday,Ā and we are proud partners of SISTA, as we have beenĀ their Investor Ally since day 1!Ā If you remember well, we have organized anĀ Inclusive HoursĀ together, an event which was the opportunity for women entrepreneurs to discover the VC ecosystem and toĀ get it demystified.Ā

šŸŽ™ļøĀ Sophie de ChampsĀ &Ā Pierre-Eric LeiboviciĀ talked with DĆ©borah about herĀ former life as a journalist at Les Echos,Ā where she was already covering the start-up ecosystem. But DĆ©borah is aĀ risk-takerĀ and loves to be onboarded onĀ impactful projects,Ā that’s why she joined SISTA.Ā

SISTA provides all the start-up ecosystem withĀ meaningful studiesĀ (on cognitive biases, gender pay gap, etc), events, and goals to achieve, in order to create an environment where women areĀ more likely to get fundsĀ for their projects.Ā

Ok guys, these are enough arguments to make you enjoy our episode with Déborah!

Da yours,Ā

The daphni team
