The company benefits from powerful regulatory tailwinds (SFDR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy) and aims to become the one-stop shop for ESG data and reporting. Their smart go-to-market strategy through VC/PE funds creates network effects and defensibility, with significant upsell potential (CSRD, certifications, LPs). However, product adoption is still early, with limited active usage to date. Timing is favorable, and the company has demonstrated capital efficiency in its recent development phase.
