Comet is a marketplace for tech and data freelancers. Unlike freelancers marketplaces such as Upwork (Nasdaq) in the US, the company selects and qualifies the talents in order to provide them directly to the companies. Through this improvement of the matching process, they increase the value proposition and have started disrupting the market of IT staffing (French “SSII” - IT Services & Software Engineering companies). Their objective is to staff people and on top of this service to monitor those people while working on specific projects inside the customer organization.
