Alix is a Legal Counsel at daphni. Before joining daphni, Alix spent four years as a lawyer specializing in venture capital and M&A. During this time, he advised startups, investors, and corporates on complex transactions, gaining a deep understanding of deal structuring and the innovation ecosystem.

Alix holds a LL.M. degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London, where he developed an international outlook on business and legal practices. This background helps him bring an analytical and pragmatic approach to supporting daphni’s investment activities.
