Madison Lenormand

Madison is an Investor at daphni. With deep expertise across biology, healthcare, and bioengineering, she brings a fresh lens to evaluating novel technologies and turning scientific insight into real-world impact. Before joining daphni, Madison trained as a scientist in research labs, from cancer therapeutics to allergen immunotherapy.‍

She holds a Master’s in Molecular Medicine from Imperial College London and a PhD in Genetics and Microfluidics from Institut Pasteur in Paris, where she built both analytical rigor and hands-on expertise in breakthrough science. She also became a Fellow of Included VC, where she first combined her scientific background with venture investing. She is originally from the U.S. and has previously lived in Scotland and London before making her home in Paris, bringing a global perspective to every deal.
