Pierre Gallet

Pierre is the Chief Technical Officer at daphni. Before joining daphni, Pierre founded several startups, including TOTEM, a pioneering “store-as-a-service” platform for workspaces. Under his leadership, TOTEM went from idea to scale-up: growing to over €4M in revenue, a team of 40 people.

Beyond startups, Pierre is also deeply involved in academia. He teaches Statistics and Generative AI at ESSEC and CentraleSupélec, where he also serves as Executive Director of the DSBA Master’s program. He studied engineering at CentraleSupélec and management at ESSEC, and today, he’s on a mission to build and support the next generation of tech-enabled, impact-driven ventures.
