Marie Bardinet

Marie is an Investor at daphni. With a background spanning venture capital, climate tech, and social impact, she brings rigor, conviction, and curiosity to every conversation.
Before rejoining daphni, Marie was a Founder’s Associate at Norma, a DAC startup, where she helped shape the company’s operations, strategy and finance. She also gained hands-on experience at Break Poverty Foundation, designing large-scale initiatives at the crossroads of education and technology, and at Redesk, driving the company’s outbound growth.
Marie studied at HEC Paris, where she pursued the MiM program and a CEMS Master’s in International Management. She wrote her master’s thesis on the role of the Voluntary Carbon Market in combating climate change. Along the way, Marie also explored cognitive science at ENS.
At daphni, she combines analytical depth, entrepreneurial drive, and a commitment to impact to back founders shaping the future.
