CSR Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow with Stéphanie Leblanc (Swile)
“Build da city for good” could well be her mantra. Today Sustainability Director at Swile, her professional path, childhood, and studies have taken her across borders many times.
It all began in 2004 with the reading of an article: Stéphanie instantly felt a calling and became passionate about CSR and sustainable development. 😮 Legend has it she turned down an internship at the UN to make her debut in the sustainability world at Enablon. After 8 years, her path led her to BSR, where she was able to combine her two passions: marketing and CSR. A few years at Palo IT later, she joined Swile—the French unicorn known for meal vouchers and employee benefits—to set up the sustainability department. It was love at first sight, an opportunity she couldn’t refuse.
For this episode, our daphni co-hosts Damien Didier (Head of Sustainability) and Sophie de Champs explored Stéphanie’s journey in depth. You’ll discover:
