Some time ago, we met Romain Allouch, founder of Sora, who recently joined the daphni portfolio.
After six years at WeWork, one of the world’s leaders in coworking, Romain became an expert in office real estate. But upon discovering that an estimated 50% of office spaces in Europe were unoccupied, founding Sora became an obvious step.
Trying to anticipate exact headcount over nine years when signing a lease is nearly impossible. You either go too big, or not big enough. In 2023, Romain decided to tackle the vacancy market. He developed a platform that operates the top 10% of vacant office spaces in the best locations in Paris.
