The workplace Experience, with Eliane Lugassy (Witco)
We’re delighted to be back with a new SPECIAL EDITION episode. And a special edition usually means GOOD NEWS! Indeed, these episodes often announce daphni’s latest investments.
Today, we’re very excited to introduce Witco (which you may have known under its former name, MonBuilding).
Founded in 2016 by Eliane Lugassy and Kévin Longer, Witco developed the first application that centralizes all services offered to occupants in order to improve their experience in the workplace—or any living space.
Witco has just raised $14M, with the participation of daphni, Eurazeo, historic investor Naxicap, UL Invest, and several renowned business angels.
In this episode, Eliane looks back at the origins of the project, her beginnings as a solo founder, her meeting with Kevin, and the full development of Witco—through the Covid crisis, the mass adoption of remote work, and then the partial return to the office, which pushed companies to redefine how they organize their workspaces.
