Deeptech is the answer to tomorrow’s challenges

Deeptech is the answer to tomorrow's challenges

Hi folks,

At the beginning of the year, we learned that an investment of 500 million euros from France 2030 would be allocated to bolster the deeptech sector. The government recognizes the urgency of investing in companies developing disruptive solutions, such as Pasqal, Wandercraft, Pathway, Dioxycle, and more.

However, this positive signal should not overshadow a key element: timing. Deeptech is not just a passing trend, it’s a bold choice. It’s the determination to build an ecosystem from scratch. It’s the lifeline that will enable our industry to breathe. Nonetheless, it’s important to keep in mind that disruption doesn’t happen overnight, it requires trust and a long-term perspective. A paradox for the investment world?

At daphni, we are convinced that deeptech is one of the answers to reduce annual carbon dioxide equivalent emissions from 10 tons to 2 tons per capita, one of the means to overcome the most complex environmental and societal challenges. 🌍

In this tribune, our partners Pierre-Eric LeiboviciPaul Bazin and Stanislas Lot, explore the impactful role of deeptech in this fundamental transformation that awaits us.

Happy to discuss this crucial challenge further and meet all entrepreneurs innovating in deeptech, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Best,
The daphni team 👾
